The Personalization / Profile Manager component of MatrixRAD Platform enables users to personalize and customize their services anytime and for any device, with a click of a button or by using Voice commands. Once users create a custom menu, their preferences are stored in a unique profile on the network. The user can retrieve information or conduct transactions from anywhere, anytime, either in voice or data format, without repeating this set-up procedure.
Each device operates and presents the data differently. Their browser sizes are different, some of them are graphics enabled and others are not. This layer recognizes the capabilities of each wireless device and ensures the compatibility of the content delivered to it, by communicating with the Transcoder/ Conversion Manager component.
